About Tracy
I am a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, lover of thought, quirky people, laughing and travel. I consider myself a lifelong learner, always seeking to see more of this amazing planet, people, space and time. I have always sought out what used to be considered alternative, natural, energy and spiritual healing methodologies. Practicing Psychotherapist for over 16 years. I also volunteer a lot of time and energy to local and state organizations true to my social work values and ethics. I am currently on the board of directors for the National Association of Social Workers in California (NASW CA) and have been on and off in elected positions for the state for about 14 years. This helps to keep me grounded in community, learning and growth.
It is an honor and privilege to support people through their darkest thoughts, memories and experiences with intent to heal. I use traditional talk therapy or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and somatic based therapy modalities for the most supportive healing. Trauma informed and trauma sensitive. My style is direct, playful, and focused on healing. Many years of practice and tools to use mean you can feel confident that I can help you journey through your own unique version of healing.
